owners that the Fourth of July can be a potentially
dangerous and frightening time for pets. In addition to the
physical dangers, many pets are fearful of the excitement
and noise created by Fourth of July fireworks. In fact, this
holiday results in the influx of more runaway and lost pets
into animal shelters than any other day of the year. Pets 911 would like to offer the
following tips to help keep your pets safe from becoming a

If your pet strays or becomes injured despite all precautions, the nations resource for animal welfare can help. Since its inception, Pets 911 has been very successful in reuniting lost pets with their owners and assists the public daily with all their local pet welfare needs. Pets
